What was your favorite TV season finale this year?
Submitted by Kristine.
Supernatural! (haha how long since I used this damned thing...)
SPN is just about the only show I've been watching this year though.I've even been losing track of House, especially post Tritter-plot. What the hell were they thinking with that? Ugh. Anyway.
re: SPN finale, without any spoilers, there was a lot of "Oh God *gulp*", "HOLY SH!T", "Oh no, no no way..." and angst and joy and panic and wooooow. Those damned boys. Closing up plot lines that started at the beginning of episode one sort of helped with the feeling connected to it. And damn those boys. Damn you TV!Dean. The angst makes me hurt for you, but it's so good.
I need more fscking SPN. When's the next season due out again? Rewatching season 1 with my newly made convert. Let the fandom floooooow. Only problem is he keeps asking me what's going to happen. Gotta keep that poker face strong, girl.
WE ARE BLENDY.
Okay, we hate to ask, but... over the roll or under the roll?
Uhm. 'Over the roll', ie the 'incorrect' one. I actually make sure I replace the roll before anybody else, because some people in the house occasionally put it the other way. The other way is a pain. It's harder to see, to reach, and harder to tear off without it doing something silly like having a tail too long and tickling your leg or otherwise irritating you. It really annoys me when the remaining tail is too long. Doing it my way means you can have it so there's no 'tail' at all, which is prettier. Morons.
And yes, this is somewhat one of my 'Aspie things'. I get very upset when somebody has 'done it wrong'.
Audio: Let's hear your favorite cover song.

Oooo, how cruel. I am torn, between two. First up would be Wicked Game, by HIM, if it were not in .wma format and getting eaten by Vox. Incidentally, Ville Valo sounded like he was stoned off his chain smoking face when we saw them live.
So you'll have to settle for the other option. Word Up, by Korn. I love these audio Vox questions, I actually jump up happily to answer them. I love music spam.
What is one of your addictions?
Submitted by Paperheart.
Well there's Warcraft, there's chocolate, there's poking people. But if you mean a *literal* addiction, I'm addicted to caffeine. Large amounts of coca cola daily. You don't really notice until one day you stop completely. After a week without, you've got the shakes, nothing solves your thirst, you're on edge constantly. Did that once, don't want to do it again, kthnx. If I ever give up caffeine it's going to have to be gradual, not unlike one would do with smoking.
Vox won't accept my Span music. It tries to upload them as videos, presumably because they're in .wma format. Oh Vox, why must you be so fickle? You know I love you.
All these Christmas and New Year and year past topics. Boo I say! Yay for a non-seasonal topic. I avoid Christmas and New Year's resolutions. After all, I'm only going to break them. I know I will. I'm bloody hopeless.
Where do you do your online shopping?
For books/games/DVDs, amazon.co.uk
For PC bits, overlockers.co.uk
I think that's it. Outside of those items, I don't really buy much online.
What are your top 5 movies/DVDs of 2006?
Uhm... Good question! And a difficult one, given that I don't think I've watched 5 2006 movies, on any format. Thus I shall just use anything, including TV series and old movies, that I first watched this year. Woot.
This film be shiny. One of several Paul bought this year. A little depressing, but good anyway.
The Departed was another good one, even more depressing but still extremely good.
The Godfather (and the Godfather 2, tbh). Yes I know they're old, but this year was the first time we'd ever seen them. Long, VERY long, but impressive. They don't seem to make them like these nowadays. Not at all.
24 Season 5. 24 is awesome. Jack Bauer is The Sex. Season 5 is wonderful. 24 is getting more and more implausible, and the Evil Terrorist Plots are becoming more and more mind bogglingly complicated, but really, who the hell cares. It's Jack Bauer. Saving the world, again.
*FLAIL* House! Squee! We saw a lot of this season on TV (also this year), but recently got the DVD set through in the mail. For. The. Win. The final episode in particular is just brilliant. Not as 'witty' as they typically are, but sad, moving, emotional, and quite powerful I think. I love this show. House's dysfunction and wit is brilliant, Cameron is utterly beautiful, and it manages to be an extremely funny show without ever slipping over into 'comedy'. Love. So much love.
And of course there's no way I could get away without giving the canon an honourary mention *eyeroll* Even if it is more squishy's than it is mine.
Show us a nice, warm scarf.
Well, you didn't think it could be any *other* colour, did you? I cannot speak highly enough of the fluffy snuggy goodness of this scarf <3
Of course, there are pink hats and gloves of assorted types around to go with it. Sometimes I think the sudden liking of pink is what clued the mutter in to my existence.
What song best describes your current mood?
Submitted by Section31.
Cabon - VNV Nation. It's... mellow, relaxed, pensive, maybe a little sad but not much. Winamp keeps pandering to this mood with my gentler music tonight.
How do you eat your pizza: folded, flat or with a fork and knife?
Submitted by danimass.
I REFUSE TO ANSWER SUCH PERSONAL AND INVASIVE QUESTIONS.
In a restaurant, generally with a knife and fork :P I used to think that was a horrible thing to do, but I got fed up needing napkins to wipe my fingers, especially considering in pizza hut I also need said napkins to use as a glass mat. So that it soaks up whatever's on the bottom of the glass and stops it dripping on me, my food, or the table. Clever, see? It leaves me napkinless. Thusly, knife + fork = good.
Ofc, at home I frankly don't give a f*ck and eat my pizza flat.
